MaGrann Associates is an MEP engineering and sustainability consulting firm that partners with developers, owners, and public agencies to deliver high-performing housing that meets regulatory requirements, secures available incentives, and supports long-term asset value. Since 1982, we have supported more than 2,500 housing projects—representing over 150,000 units—across both market-rate and affordable housing, from Massachusetts to Virginia. Our work spans new construction and existing building renovations, helping project teams respond to increasingly rigorous energy codes, sustainability standards, and funding program requirements.

  

We provide integrated services that support projects from early planning through construction and closeout, including MEP engineering, energy and sustainability consulting, utility and incentive program support, energy modeling and ratings, and on-site testing and verification.
