MaGrann Associates is an innovative energy efficiency and green building consulting and engineering firm headquartered in Mount Laurel, New Jersey with additional offices in Connecticut, New York City, Philadelphia, Washington DC, and operations throughout the mid-Atlantic region. 

 

Since 1982, our nationally recognized team of experts has provided critical design, certification and compliance support to the residential new construction and multifamily retrofit markets as they move toward increasing levels of energy and sustainability performance. 

 

Today, we are among a select few leaders in the decarbonization and electrification of buildings where people live. Our efforts are focused on the research, demonstration and scalability of solutions based on a track record of success in ENERGY STAR, LEED Residential, Zero Energy Ready,  Enterprise Green Communities and Passive House certification as well as Building Energy Performance Standards and whole building electrification.
