The Engineer is responsible for the preparation of contract plans and specifications, often for several projects simultaneously. This encompasses advanced calculations, systems analysis, quality control of finished projects, and field/construction coordination activities.
We are seeking an MEP Design Engineer to provide detailed mechanical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design. Candidate must be able to perform all technical functions associated with MEP design including load calculations, layout, sizing and system integration. The position reports to the Operations Manager, Multifamily/Design.
