Brian Stanfill is an Operations Manager, New Construction at MaGrann Associates where he is responsible for New Construction projects including large multifamily high-rise buildings. He also assists in program design and administration for ENERGY STAR Homes New Construction Programs in Kentucky and Ohio.
Brian joined MaGrann Associates in 2005 and became a certified home energy rater in 2006. He later supervised the team of raters who perform ratings for New Jersey’s ENERGY STAR Homes Program and the USGBC’s LEED for Homes program. As supervisor he oversaw quality control and identified areas for process improvements and program development. Brian is also a certified RESNET Quality Assurance Designee/Trainer.
Brian holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. He got his start with MaGrann through Drexel’s co-op program as an intern learning the energy rating field. Brian also served on the board of the Northeast HERS Alliance Board of Directors as Secretary of the Board and chair of the Technical Committee from 2009 until 2013.
