Pam D’Amico has been the HR/Office Manager at MaGrann Associates since 2004, but has been with the company since 1999 as the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO. Pam is responsible for various functions in the office such as human resources, employee relations, and facilities management.
Previously, Pam worked as Units Coordinator for the Delaware Valley Division of Ryland Homes. In this role, she honed most of her management and organizational skills which would later be so pivotal in her positions at MaGrann Associates. Pam received her associate degree in science from Mercer County College and studied Psychology at Temple University. She participated in many professional training seminars throughout her career ranging from finance to internal and external relations to human resources.
In her spare time (or lack thereof), Pam likes to be outdoors gardening or at the Jersey Shore. She also tries to catch as many Philadelphia sports games as possible each year.
