As the Project Manager, you will coordinate and deliver projects related to existing buildings. You will manage and oversee project coordination, ensuring successful delivery.

General Description:

1. Understand project scope, objectives, and approach.

2. Set up and manage processes for effective collaboration.

3. Ensure project delivery aligns with defined requirements.

4. Develop and maintain detailed project plans.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths.

• Track project progress and adjust prioritization as needed.

• Maintain detailed reports on project status.

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors.

• Create and maintain project setup and workflow documents.

• Identify and resolve project issues.

• Support project outreach and communication.

• Attend meetings and conduct site visits as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in project management.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Self-directed and collaborative.

• Familiarity with energy efficiency projects.

• Passion for sustainability in the built environment.

• Project management certification preferred.

• Full-time salaried, exempt position.
