We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who is passionate, ambitious, and interested in growing and supporting our dynamic company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to coordinate with multiple teams to effectively manage projects and deadlines.

Principle Duties:

• Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths.

• Track project progress and adjust prioritization as needed.

• Maintain detailed reports on project status.

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors.

• Create and maintain project setup and workflow documents.

• Identify and resolve project issues.

• Project communication, scheduling, and subcontractor management.

• Basic technical tasks/analysis.

• Attend meetings and conduct site visits as necessary.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 3 years project management experience.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Self-directed and collaborative.

• Familiarity with energy efficiency projects desirable.

• Passion for sustainability in the built environment
