SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

Purpose:

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and updating all field staff schedules.

Candidates must have excellent organization and task management skills. Related experience to construction scheduling or integrated scheduling in programs is helpful. Training will be provided. Technical aptitude desired as well as a willingness to learn the industry.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Provides daily scheduling activities for development of the field staff schedule;

  • Match appointment requests with appropriate resources;

  • Maintains daily work schedule in company database for ongoing project reporting and other project management needs;

  • Respond to inbound calls/emails from builder clients to schedule field verifications, may also include making outbound calls to clients to schedule site visits;

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Advanced Excel) and Outlook

  • Logistical skillset

  • Must be able to work well in a team environment

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Desire to thrive in an ever-changing environment

  • Detail-oriented and accurate

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills

  • Ability to work with internal database

 

Supplemental Information: 

  • Must be comfortable working in an office; 8am-4pm, with flexibility in hours on some assignments;

  • Team-oriented and engaged company culture;

  • Salaried, non-exempt position;

  • Position based out of the corporate office in Mount Laurel, NJ
