1047 Commonwealth is a mixed-use, market rate apartment-style on-campus housing complex at Boston University in Boston, MA. The building also contains commercial space at street level. 1047 Commonwealth houses 180 residential micro-units, which are essentially studio apartments. MaGrann Associates was the LEED Consultant for the project, which will meet a certifiable standard.
