Victory Crossing

 

Victory Crossing Senior Apartments in Silver Spring, MD is a new construction apartment community for seniors. It offers one and two bedroom apartments as well as a Community Room and Wellness Rooms. Victory Crossing is designed and built to meet the specifications for the LEED® Silver certification. Victory Crossing was developed by Victory Housing, Inc. The architect was Grimm + Parker. MaGrann Associates was the Sustainability and ENERGY STAR Consultant for the project.
