In addition to a professional engineering firm, MaGrann Associates is a HERS Rating Company and accredited RESNET, LEED for Homes, LEED for Homes Midrise, ENERGY STAR Certified Homes and ENERGY STAR Multifamily High Rise provider.  With more than 60,000 HERS ratings, 56,000 ENERGY STAR Certified Homes and 6,000 LEED for Homes under our belt, we are one of the most experienced energy rating companies in the country.  In addition, more than 100,000 homes have received energy upgrades through the new construction or retrofit programs implemented or administered by our program management services.
