We are seeking a Junior Project Manager who is passionate, ambitious, and interested in growing and supporting our dynamic company. Principle Duties:

Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths.

Track project progress and adjust prioritization as needed.

Maintain detailed reports on project status.

Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors.

Create and maintain project setup and workflow documents.

Identify and resolve project issues.

Project communication, scheduling, and subcontractor management.

Basic technical tasks/analysis.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Project management/coordination experience desirable.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-directed and collaborative.

Familiarity with energy efficiency projects desirable.
