Principle Duties

Provide detailed mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design work for the Multi-Family and Design team

Position Requirements

• This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 3 years' experience in the job offered or any related occupation to include 3 years' experience in calculating loads including sensible and latent gains, sensible losses, and ventilation requirements.

• 3 years' experience designing, drafting, and organizing clear and complete design documentation for use in bidding and construction.

• Hybrid work environment allows employee to work from home and in the Mount Laurel, NJ office. Employee must live within a commuting distance of Mount Laurel, NJ office.

• Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. Experience may have been gained concurrently.
