The Senior Scheduling Administrator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and updating all field staff schedules. 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Provides daily scheduling activities for development of the field staff schedule;

  • Match appointment requests with appropriate resources;

  • Maintains daily work schedule in company database for ongoing project reporting and other project management needs;

  • Respond to inbound calls/emails from builder clients to schedule field verifications, may also include making outbound calls to clients to schedule site visits;

  • Other duties as assigned

​Related experience to construction scheduling or integrated scheduling in programs is helpful; Training will be provided. Technical aptitude desired as well as a willingness to learn the industry.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Advanced Excel) and Outlook

  • Logistical skillset

  • Must be able to work well in a team environment

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Desire to thrive in an ever-changing environment

  • Detail Oriented and Accurate

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills

  • Ability to work with internal database


Work Environment: 

  • Must be comfortable working in an office; 8am-4pm, with flexibility in hours on some assignments;

  • Team-oriented and engaged company culture;

  • Salaried, non-exempt position;

  • Position based out of the corporate office in Mount Laurel, NJ
