The Engineer is responsible for the preparation of contract plans and specifications, often for several projects simultaneously. This encompasses advanced calculations, systems analysis, quality control of finished projects, and field/construction coordination activities.

The Sustainability Consultant will work with single family and multifamily building projects from the design through construction stages. This position will be based around the DC Region. The candidate will work remotely and travel to job sites regularly.
