Primary Role:

The BIM-Revit Technician - will support MEP BIM efforts including troubleshooting issues directly related to the Revit suite of products, document production, development of content, maintain/develop company standards related to BIM, and coordinate with internal & external project team.

Principal Duties:

• Work effectively with engineers to design and document mechanical and plumbing systems using Revit and AutoCAD

• Design and layout mechanical and plumbing systems under supervision of the Project Engineer

• Schedule and coordinate mechanical and plumbing equipment

• Develop/maintain BIM production procedures, standards, and techniques for increased productivity and quality

• Assist in coordination and quality of BIM production graphics with internal personnel as well as clients and consultants we partner with on projects.

• Maintain familiarity with currently accepted standards and methods for construction in the building industry.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 2 years of experience working in a BIM platform for an A/E/C firm.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and the Revit Family Editor.

• Experience with BIM360 Construction cloud preferred, but not required

• Competencies: Works independently, takes initiative, exemplary written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail, admirable time management skills with managing of multiple projects
