Walters Group Named 'Green Builder of the Year'!

The Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ) recognizes companies for excellence in marketing accomplishments in home building with the FAME Awards. Now in their 14th year, the Shore Builders awarded the 2017 "Green Builder of the Year" to Walters Group, a full service residential and commercial real estate organization that is dedicated to the sustainable building movement.

Walters group was also recognized for projects including Cornerstone at Barnegat, for which MaGrann was the ENERGY STAR and LEED Consultant. Cornerstone at Barnegat is located in Barnegat, NJ and consists of 70 senior apartments. It won numerous awards including "Best Community of the Year". Read more about Cornerstone at Barnegat here.
