We are so proud to have worked on The Ten at Clarendon in Arlington, Virginia, which is an exemplary demonstration of what that sustainable lifestyle experience can be.
The Ten is a LEED Platinum certified apartment community and MaGrann served as the Green Consultant for the project. In addition to energy-efficient appliances, in-apartment washers and dryers, and smart thermostats, The Ten also boasts a green roof, electric-car charging
stations, energy- and water-efficient building materials, and increased air quality through automatic recirculation fans.
This project has already received over 28 awards including the 2018 Pillars of the Industry Award - Best Example of Green Building Concepts, 2018 Best in Green Awards - Multifamily Market Rate, 2018 Great American Living Award - Community of the Year, 2019 Best of Arlington - Best Luxury Apartments, Reader's Choice, 2019 USGBC LEED Homes Award for Outstanding Multi-Family Project and many, many, more.
