Patrick Bunn

Operations Manager, Existing Multifamily/Commercial

 

Patrick BunnPatrick Bunn joined MaGrann Associates in 2009 as the Operations Manager, Existing Multifamily and Commercial, managing projects from inception to completion.  Patrick coordinates MaGrann’s growing participation in several programs that promote the assessment of existing multifamily  properties that also recommend measures to save energy, manage utility costs and enhance the health and comfort of the residents.

 

With over 30 years of experience as a construction manager, Patrick served as Director of Construction for J.S. Hovnanian & Sons in Mount Laurel, NJ and Director of Construction for Traditions of America in Radnor, Pa.  Patrick supervised the construction of over 4,000 homes, 500,000 sq. ft. of retail buildings, 100,000 sq. ft. of office space, two assisted living facilities and a variety of special projects.  He served as the 2005 President of the Builders League of South Jersey after chairing several of BLSJ’s core committees.  He has served on New Jersey Builders Association’s board of directors and also chaired the Public Utility Committee and Site Improvement and Infrastructure Standards Committee.

 

Patrick’s long experience as a homebuilder has strengthened his commitment to relying on fundamentals of building science to promote energy efficiency, whether in new construction projects or retrofits of America’s aging housing stock.

 

Patrick received a B.A. from Union College and participated in University of Pennsylvania’s Dynamics of Organization Program.  He enjoys hiking, snowshoeing and fishing when not busy with his own home improvement projects.
