Julia D. Hall
Program Manager, AEP Ohio/Columbia Gas ENERGY STAR® New Homes
Julia Hall is the Program Manager for the AEP Ohio/Columbia Gas ENERGY STAR New Homes Program. Julia joined MaGrann in 2010 and has worked on the program since its inception. Her core responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations as the implementation contractor. Julia has been in the building industry for six years, holding a previous position in a structural design firm and engineered lumber manufacturer where she managed the largest national account, McDonald’s USA. She also worked in various capacities for a general contractor and land developer.
Julia received a B.A. in English from Ohio Wesleyan University and is currently pursuing a MBA in Sustainable Development from Marylhurst University. She also received her LEED-AP certification in 2008.
In her free time, Julia enjoys practicing yoga, walking her dogs, and playing with her daughter.
