Program Manager, LG&E/KU ENERGY STAR® New Homes
Landyn Garmon joined MaGrann Associates in 2010 as Program Manager of the Louisville Gas & Electric and Kentucky Utilities ENERGY STAR® New Homes Program.  Landyn manages outreach, administration, and education of HERS Raters, builders, contractors, state officials and other various program stakeholders in the state of Kentucky.Â
Landyn has a diverse background in design and construction, completing several million square feet of multi-family, commercial, civil, light and heavy industrial projects in 7 states, including LEED certified projects. Landyn is a HERS Rater and LEED BD+C Accredited Professional. He is a member of the Home Builder’s Associations of Louisville, Lexington, and Kentucky; U.S. and Kentucky Green Building Councils; and a member of the Midwest Regional ENERGY STAR Conference Steering Committee.
The LG&E and KU ENERGY STAR New Homes Program was recently named 2010 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year – Energy Efficiency Program Sponsor.
Landyn received his B.S. in Architectural Science, specialization in Construction Management from Western Kentucky University in 2005. Interests include travel, golfing, hiking, camping, and playing guitar.
