Programmer / Analyst

Job Description:
The Programmer/Analyst will be responsible for ongoing development of core business systems, including SQL 2008 databases, ERP system, electronic forms, web applications, file transfers (ETL) and others.  She/He will gather requirements, develop, test, document, train and deploy enhancements and new solutions for meeting business needs.  She/He will provide primary application support for core business systems.

Qualifications include:

• a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience;
• knowledge of and experience with .NET, SQL Server, SQL programming, web application development and MS Access;
• demonstrated experience with the entire software development lifecycle;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• ability to communicate effectively with non-IT staff, clients, vendors and partners;
• must have an interest in/experience with energy efficiency, sustainability, residential construction or residential engineering.
