Michael Brown
Director – Program Marketing

Through his marketing and account management leadership, Mike has been facilitating residential energy efficiency programs in New Jersey since 1998, and brings an additional 14 years of related experience in the new homebuilding industry.  His background includes financing, sales training, warranty management and quality assurance, with extensive experience bringing together the housing industry, government agencies, the lending community, urban municipalities and the affordable housing market.

In addition to managing MaGrann’s program outreach activities, Mike acts as a liaison with EPA program managers in Washington DC, and with officials at HUD, DOE and Fannie Mae.  He has also developed and implemented a variety of training programs customized for architects, realtors, builders, and the lending community.

Mike has a BA from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, and an MBA from Widener University in Chester, PA.
