As manager of the MaGrann Associates Engineering Department, which is comprised of professional and degreed MEP engineers, John Colarelli directs all tasks related to estimating, scheduling, staffing and analyzing quality control to ensure on- time deliver of projects. His intense supervision of all electrical design projects ensures MaGrann’s reputation as a leader in the consulting and engineering industry.

Colarelli specialized as a project engineer and manager at various companies over the last decade. He performed as a key contributor to ASHRAE, the lead engineer for 5 Penn Center and the team lead for modification of Electric Rate GS heating provisions. His expertise in evaluating energy solution, energy costs and developing customized solutions has won him admiration from the engineering community.

His engineering career is based on a solid formal education consisting of a M.S. in Engineering Management from Drexel University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering also earned at Drexel University.  Colarelli is a licensed professional engineer in NJ, NY, PA, De and MD.
