Jay Eipper has steadily advanced his leadership responsibilities at MaGrann Associates, from Manager to Sales and Marketing Vice President, to his present position as Divisional Vice President for Consulting Services. His implementation of proven strategic goals has dramatically enhanced MaGrann and its consulting services as an industry innovator. Supervising the residential engineering services, Eipper is responsible for design, diagnostics and code compliance, as well as observing the emerging market sustainability focus, including non-New Jersey ENERGY STAR programs and Green Building initiatives.

During 27 years at his previous position with RR Donnelley Inc., Eipper achieved outstanding career growth and progress. He distinguished himself at various stages of business development management with the ability to lead and achieve profitable growth while consistently achieving sales budget goals and objectives. During the height of his career, he managed the East Coast division of Donnelley’s emerging market for Healthcare. This new division became Donnelly’s #1 start-up unit for profitability and contract management growth.

Eipper holds a B.A. degree from St Andrews College Laurinburg, NC.  He was awarded the Jaycees of America Regional Keyman Award, and served as President’s Council of the Philadelphia Golf Association from 2001 – 2007.
