Ben Adams
Vice President – Program Development

Mr. Adams joined MaGrann Associates as Chief Operating Officer in 2000, and in 2004 assumed the role of Vice President for Business Development.  Since January of 2007 he has led the transition of the New Jersey ENERGY STAR Homes program from utility administration to oversight by the NJ Board of Public Utilities Office of Clean Energy.  Ben represents MaGrann Associates as Residential New Construction Program Lead within the Honeywell Market Manager team for New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program.

As Vice President for Program Development, Ben is now responsible for the continued growth and development of MaGrann Associates’ Program Services division, including ENERGY STAR Homes, LEED for Homes, and other energy efficiency and green building programs aimed at the residential marketplace.

He is a Board member of ACI (Affordable Comfort Inc.) and the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET), as well as Chair of the RESNET Quality Assurance & Ethics Committee.

Ben has a BS from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, and an MBA from Drexel University, Philadelphia.
